Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Welcome to i4Image. These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply to the use of our website and the services offered by i4Image.
By using this website, you agree to comply with the terms relating to website use. When booking or purchasing a service, the applicable service terms form part of your agreement with i4Image, provided they have been made available to you before the agreement is concluded.
1. About i4Image
i4Image provides image consultancy, personal consultations, professional image guidance, training sessions and workshops for individuals and organizations.
These Terms apply to the website www.i4image.eu and to services booked or purchased directly through the website.
Services provided to organizations, including customized consultancy, training sessions and workshops, are generally governed by separate written agreements. Where the terms of such an agreement differ from these Terms, the separate agreement takes precedence.
2. Use of the Website
The information and content on this website are provided for general information about i4Image and its services.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to engage in activities that may interfere with its security, functionality or availability.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or free from errors.
We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website when necessary.
3. Bookings and Services
Bookings for consultations, training sessions or workshops are subject to availability and confirmation by i4Image.
The nature, duration, price and practical arrangements of each service will be communicated before a booking is confirmed.
For services requiring individual preparation or customization, additional arrangements may be agreed upon in writing.
i4Image is committed to providing its services with professional care and attention. However, personal and professional outcomes depend on individual circumstances, and no specific result can be guaranteed.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices and payment conditions will be communicated at the time of booking or in a separate proposal or agreement.
Where services can be purchased directly through the website, payment may be processed by a secure third-party payment provider, such as Stripe. i4Image does not store full payment card details.
Any applicable taxes and additional charges will be clearly communicated before a purchase or booking is completed.
For services arranged through a separate agreement, the payment terms specified in that agreement will apply.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please contact i4Image as soon as possible.
For individual consultations booked directly through the website, cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment, reasonable cancellation charges may apply, taking into account the circumstances, work already performed and any applicable legal rights.
Requests to reschedule an appointment will be considered subject to availability.
If i4Image needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, we will offer an alternative date or, where appropriate, a refund for the service not provided.
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions for corporate training, workshops and customized services are governed by the separate agreement concluded with the client.
Statutory consumer rights
Consumers who book services online may have a statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Where a consumer expressly requests that a service begins during the withdrawal period, payment for services already provided may be due if the legal requirements are met. Once a service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may be lost where the required prior consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Where applicable, information about the right of withdrawal and how to exercise it will be provided before the booking is completed.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights.
6. Training and Workshop Materials
Any materials provided during consultations, training sessions or workshops are intended for the personal or internal use of the participating client or organization, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, published, sold or used for commercial training purposes without prior written permission from i4Image, except where permitted by law.
Any additional usage rights may be specified in a separate agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, images, designs, branding and other original content on this website belong to i4Image or are used with permission from their respective rights holders.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or distributed without prior permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

8. Privacy and Personal Data
i4Image respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For information about how personal data is collected, used and protected, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Website Availability and External Links
We aim to maintain a reliable and secure website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
The website may contain links to external websites or services. i4Image is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.
Any technical issues affecting online consultations or other services will be addressed reasonably, taking into account the circumstances and applicable legal obligations.
10. Liability
i4Image provides its services with reasonable professional care and diligence.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, i4Image is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from improper use of the website or materials provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, or affects the legal rights of consumers.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
In the event of a complaint or disagreement, we encourage you to contact i4Image first so that we can seek a reasonable solution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
Consumers residing outside the Netherlands retain any mandatory legal protections and jurisdictional rights applicable to them.
12. Changes to These Terms
i4Image may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices or legal requirements.
The latest version will be available on this website, together with the date of the most recent update.
Changes will not automatically affect agreements already concluded, unless permitted by law or expressly agreed upon by the parties.
