For online courses, access is personal and non-transferable; sharing login details with others is prohibited.

Prices for Services are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments are processed via Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services in case of non-payment.

4) Cancellation and Refund Policy

For individual consultations, you may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment with a 5% cancellation fee applied to cover transaction costs. The remaining amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
Packages that include immediate access to content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
To request a cancellation and refund, please submit your request exclusively by email to the address provided on our website or by replying directly to your booking confirmation email. Requests made by phone will not be processed.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or for completed services.

5) Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Website, including course materials, text, images, and designs, are our property and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Website content or course materials without our prior written permission.
Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal use only.
