Personal Data We Process
i4Image processes limited personal data, specifically your name and email address, because you use our services (such as subscribing to our newsletter or enrolling in our digital learning environment) and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.

Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at mail@i4image.nl, and we will delete this information.

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
i4Image processes your personal data based on your consent (e.g., for newsletters or course enrollment), the performance of a contract (e.g., providing access to the digital learning environment), and/or our legitimate interest (e.g., analyzing website visitor numbers and countries of origin to improve our services). We process data for the following purposes:

• Processing your payment (via Stripe, our payment provider, who stores the payment data)
• Sending our newsletter
• Contacting you by email if necessary to provide our services (e.g., login details for the digital learning environment)
• Informing you about changes to our services and products
• Analyzing website usage via Google Analytics to see how many visitors we have and which countries they come from, without tracking for advertising purposes.
• i4Image also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data required for our tax returns.

Automated Decision-Making
i4Image does not make decisions based on automated processing that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions made by computer programs or systems without human intervention. We use the following systems:

• Google Analytics (for visitor statistics, anonymized where possible)
• Stripe (for payment processing, managed by Stripe)
• MailerLite (for newsletter distribution).

How Long We Retain Personal Data
i4Image does not retain your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. We apply a retention period of 7 years for data required by law (e.g., tax purposes). For newsletter or course-related data, we retain your name and email address only as long as you are subscribed or enrolled. Upon unsubscribing or withdrawal, we no longer store this data ourselves; it remains with MailerLite until you request removal from their system.

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
i4Image shares data with third parties only when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. These third parties include:

• Stripe (payment processor)
• MailerLite (email service provider).
  MailerLite may process data outside the EU/EER, and we have ensured Standard Contractual Clauses are in place to safeguard your data.

Accessing, Modifying, or Deleting Your Data
You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing, object to the processing of your personal data by our company, and request data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you (name and email address) in a computer file to you or another organization of your choice.

To ensure the request comes from you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with your request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) on this copy to protect your privacy. i4Image will respond as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks.
